Builder.com @ CNET - for the tech head, this site digs deep into codes and web development. R.I.G.H.T.S. - Copyright Education. Highly recommended reading for anyone working on the web and a group I give full support to. Symantec - The company that puts out the outstanding Norton web and computer security programs offers this constantly updated list of hoax email, viruses, and "too good to be true" promotions. Even if you don't use Norton products, it's a good list to use.
....Business links: SCORE - calling themselves "Counselors to America's Small Business", SCORE provides entrepreneurs with free, confidential face-to-face and online business counseling. Counseling and workshops are offered at 389 chapter offices nationwide by experienced business volunteers. "This Web Business" - a great article at A List Apart that delves into the basics of drawing up a business plan. It's aimed at web designers, but the basics apply to anyone starting a business who needs to draw up an official plan.
